I wanted to comment on the unfairness that in most countries in the world, women have to pay tax on hygiene products that their bodies need on a monthly basis. Not only do we have to tolerate pain and other symptoms and inconveniences that come with menstruation, but we are forced to pay tax on essential hygiene products that are often taxed at the same rate as non-essential goods.
