"Time for poetry", picture book
The Swedish Academy’s poetry anthology is distributed to all middle school children in Sweden. The assignment was to illustrate a number of poems and the images were to inspire and encourage reading. They would be familiar to the target group; they would constitute some kind of bridge to the mostly older poems.

For two poems that are both about bright mornings and stepping out into the world, I wanted to create an atmospheric image sequence.
For Dagerman's poem about doing good for others, I wanted to create a detailed and humorous picture of care chains.
