Workshop on patterns and biodiversity
The association ARNA encourage art to strengthen sustainable development. Mångfaldens Mönster (Anna Berg and I) was invited to create an artwork, which would promote conversations about man & nature and biodiversity. We created a pattern of sallow twigs in bloom and invited vistiors to be a part of the workshop by filling the pattern with pollinators, birds an hazel mice.

A sallow in full bloom is the breakfast of life - a prerequisite for many of the insects which wake up in early spring season and need energy. They in turn become food for hungry small birds.
