Färgglad och detajerad illustration föreställande en skog med en liten sjö i bakgrunden och i förgrunden står Näcken. Han håller sin fiol i ena handen och försöker ringa ett samtal på en service telefon. Telefonen är av tidig modell, 1800-tal. Bredvid Telefonstolpen står en överfull soptunna med texten "Håll Sverige rent". Överallt i skog och mark ligger skräp och avfall. Runt sjön har Näcken satt upp skyltar med texter som "Privat område!!", "Rör ej vattnet!", "Stör ej!" och "Privat vatten". I en pratbubbla säger Näcken upprört till personen i luren: "Vaddå, 'allemansrätten'? Det är MIN sjö!".
